Searching customers or relationships

In the Relationship Builder, you can search through customers or relationships using names or a variety of attributes.

Relationship Builder search fields

The Relationship Builder contains two search fields.

• One field allows you to search a list of unassigned customers by name or attribute in order to more easily locate customers you want to add to a new or existing relationship.

• The other field allows you to search through existing relationships by name or attribute of any of the customers assigned to that relationship.

NOTE: Once you conduct a search of existing relationships, the results display until you clear the search. To clear the search, click the X icon to the right of the search field.

Customer search attributes

You can conduct a search using the attributes below when searching the Unassigned Customers list. Use the following syntax: "FieldName: Criteria".

• FirstName:
• LastName:
• AddressLine1:
• City:
• State:
• Zip:

Relationship search attributes

You can conduct a search using the following attributes when searching existing relationships:

• Relationship name
• Customer name
• Address Line 1
• TIN
